Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

Private Pay Rates

• Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $200

• Medication Management Follow-Up: $139

Late Arrivals

Patients joining telehealth appointments late may have their session shortened or may need to reschedule depending on provider availability. Please ensure you are logged in and prepared at the time of your scheduled appointment. If you are running late or experiencing technical difficulties, please contact the office as soon as possible.

No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without notice may result in a no-show fee. Repeated missed appointments may affect future scheduling and may result in discharge from the practice with referral recommendations.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged through insurance coverage.

Emergency Policy

Harmonic Healing Lab does not provide emergency psychiatric or medical services. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
